Moving out of the apartment

So at the end of last month, Sophie and I moved out of our apartment.
It was quite an ordeal, as we had a lot of stuff. We moved some of it, but we used this as an opportunity to donate or otherwise get rid of things we do not need. We had help from my parents and our friend Dan, but it was still a multi-day affair. We also had a yard sale this past weekend, which helped get rid of many things too.
Apart from the physical moving aspects, we both found this emotionally difficult, as this was a place we had been at for some time. I had been at this place for a bit over 4 years, so there were a lot of fond memories there. Before we turned in the keys, we spent some time going through the place and sharing memories.
But we managed to clear everything out and clean everything, so with that, a chapter of our lives has closed, and with the turning of the page, a new one begins.
Here are some pictures of the process:

Hey, I remember that! 😊 I know you had some great memories there. I'm looking forward to hearing about all the new memories you'll be making soon. ❤️
